A stainless steel serving cart carries Summit's own SPR627OS refrigerator built directly into its frame, so it's not a mini-fridge strapped to a bar cart — it's a genuine 4.6 cu.ft. all-refrigerator with frost-free operation, digital temperature control, LED lighting, and a reversible stainless steel door, exactly as capable as the standalone unit. Around it, three exterior shelves and two magnetic-locking cabinets with towel bar handles add real storage for glassware, tools, or serving pieces, and four wheels mean the whole thing can be repositioned for a party or rolled out of the weather when the season ends. Weatherproof construction throughout means it's built to live outside permanently if that's what the space calls for. It's a genuinely useful stopgap for anyone planning a full island build down the road, or a permanent solution for a rental, a smaller patio, or anywhere a fixed island isn't in the cards.
