The Brand

About RADtec

RADtec has designed and sold outdoor heating equipment from Dallas, Texas since 2015, serving customers across North America with both electric and propane patio heaters. The lineup spans wall- and ceiling-mounted infrared panels, freestanding propane towers, and a tabletop bistro heater, all built around the same idea: a patio heater should blend into the space instead of dominating it, pairing contemporary, low-profile design with straightforward operation.
  • Zero Light Infrared Heat

The E-Series line uses carbon fiber infrared elements that radiate heat without the visible orange glow of a standard heater, so the warmth does not come with a spotlight.

  • Electric and Propane, Wall-Mount to Freestanding

From hardwired wall and ceiling panels to freestanding propane towers and a tabletop bistro heater, RADtec covers builds that need a fixed installation and ones that just need to be wheeled out for the night.

  • WiFi Smart Control on Select Models

Select E-Series electric heaters add app-based control and a digital display, so you can turn the heat on before you are even outside.

Warranty & Downloads

RADtec's warranty coverage varies by series: 3 years on E-Series electric heaters, 2 years on Torrid electric heaters, 180 days on Genesis Golden Tube heaters, and 1 year on Tower Flame, Real Flame, and Pyramid Flame propane heaters. See each product's specifications for exact coverage.
