The Bahama Chicago 7-Piece Dining Set is part of Anderson Teak's Bahama line, made of solid teak. Our 78" Bahama Oval Extension Dining Table with easy to open and close extension leaves measures 47L" x 39W" and 29H", which can be fully extended and opened to 79" in length. It comes with a 2" umbrella hole (to accomodate umbrella) and solid brass plug when not in use.

Why genuine teak is worth the price
Teak is a dense, naturally oily hardwood, and it is what outdoor dining furniture is traditionally made from because tables get wet, hot and used hard. This set is kiln-dried to limit shrinking and cracking and does not need refinishing. The tradeoff is price: lower-priced outdoor dining sets are commonly made from lighter materials such as aluminum, resin or softwood. A solid-teak set costs more up front and is meant to be kept.

Care and storage
This item has a natural, unfinished teak surface. Left outdoors the honey-gold color gradually weathers to a silver-gray patina, and a scrub with soap and water keeps it clean. Small surface checks can appear as teak dries; Anderson's warranty excludes small cracks in the end grain.

Anderson Teak's limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship for the original retail purchaser: 2 years residential, 1 year commercial (frames). Contact us for the full terms.
