The Montage Madison 5-Piece Dining Set is part of Anderson Teak's Montage Madison line, made of solid teak. Included with the Table is an umbrella hole in center with brass plug when not in use. Also included are two 48" backless benches and two 24" backless chairs. This table has an umbrella hole with brass plug to accommodate umbrellas with up to 2 inches diameter poles. It comes knock down with easy assembly. All-Piece are coated in a waterbased sealer for added protection against outdoor weathering.

Why genuine teak is worth the price
Teak is a dense, naturally oily hardwood, and it is what outdoor dining furniture is traditionally made from because tables get wet, hot and used hard. This set is kiln-dried to limit shrinking and cracking and does not need refinishing. The tradeoff is price: lower-priced outdoor dining sets are commonly made from lighter materials such as aluminum, resin or softwood. A solid-teak set costs more up front and is meant to be kept.
