Most grills fake the flavor. The Platinum Series doesn't — there's a real wood or charcoal fire burning at the center of this thing, and everything you cook rides on a solid steel cooktop built around it. Sear a steak at 1,000°F+ two feet from someone grilling shrimp at 400°F, at the same time, on the same fire. No gas line, no propane tank, no "smoke flavor" added after the fact.

  • A live fire, not a burner — real wood-fired flavor, not a bottled approximation
  • Every heat zone at once: searing center, cooking mid-ring, warming edge
  • Pull the cooktop and it's a fire pit — one piece of furniture, two jobs
  • Hand-finished stainless steel and Corten steel body built to be looked at, not hidden in a corner of the yard

The Storage Base version adds enclosed cabinet space right under the cooktop — somewhere to stash tools, fuel, or a cover, instead of trekking back to the kitchen mid-cook.
