  • Infrared back burner (15,000 BTU): run the rotisserie with heat from behind while the main burners handle sides. Total output is 75,000 BTU.
  • 304 stainless steel: the grade Cal Flame uses for the P-Series, generally better at resisting corrosion than the 430 used in the G-Series.
