The prep-and-serve half of an outdoor kitchen: a stainless steel island built around a large double-basin sink, two warming drawers, a bar cocktail center and an insulated ice chest. It does not include a grill, so you pair it with the Ruby or StarBBQ grill that fits how you cook. The countertop is not included, so you choose the material.

No. We ship the package, and a local contractor handles installation and the water and electrical hookups (the warming drawers need power).
